The UISIL Spanish School is located in Costa Rica, specifically in Quepos (Pacific coast). It offers the opportunity to learn Spanish with native speakers, who are constantly innovating the learning experience, making it as well fun for students. It has real communicative experiences within different contexts where the learning experience is combined with the commitment of our teachers to make it a real experience. Objectives

Extreme Sports
Isla Damas Mangrove by Kayak
Kayak through natural canals and keep your eyes wide open to spot a variety of bird species, reptiles, ant eaters and white-faced monkeys.
Your guide's knowledge will instruct you through the biodiversity of this habitat, and his trained eye will seek out herons, kingfishers, ospreys and frigate birds. Navigate through the brackish waters and catch glimpses of Damas Island as you pass beneath natural tunnels created by tree growths. Lunch is provided before or after the kayaking adventure, depending on varying tides.

Whitewater Rafting Naranjo River Class III & IV Rapids
A 40-minute scenic ride brings you to the small town of Londres, and our private ranch featuring diverse facilities. After safety instructions and time to practice you are ready to board the 6-passenger rafts. Each raft has a guide who will provide instructions during the journey, and for additional safety, a kayaker will accompany the group close by. The Naranjo River flows through mountains, jungle gorges, farmlands and palm plantations. The river’s course is steep and challenging, perfect for adventure seekers searching for an adrenaline rush. Halfway through the tour, you’ll have a break where you can catch up your breath and admire the view.

Zipline Canopy Tour
Upon arrival at the canopy site, your experienced adventure guide will provide a safety briefing going through instructions and demonstration. Next, you will be geared up with all the proper safety equipment. Your nature guide will gladly point out and describe the wildlife found in this area made up of primary and secondary rainforest, as you walk from one platform to the other, over trails and suspension bridges. Manuel Antonio canopy course has 11 cables and 22 platforms, and you can opt to swing through the forest on a Tarzan Swing.

Diving
All dives are guided by a PADI professional who has extensive knowledge and experience at our many dive sites so that you will see the most marine life and underwater formations. You will see volcanic rock formations, with various hard and soft corals. We have an abundant marine life with schools of Snapper and Jacks, plus White Tip Reef Sharks, Angel Fish, Moorish Idols, Parrot Fish, Puffer Fish, Octopus, Eels, Crustaceans, Sea Turtles and in season (Dec – May) the giant Manta Ray. During your surface interval with Oceans Unlimited you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Manuel Antonio National Park Coastline.
